Background

At the End of Q4:

In the final quarter, the core experience team embarked on a week-long design sprint to evaluate various concepts slated for our Q1 2024 roadmap. One emerging idea, stemming from the Contacts feature, was the prospect of enabling users to seamlessly share their availability directly from Calendly with contacts. Intrigued by this concept, leadership sought to explore the potential for a native email/messaging experience integrated within Calendly. With just one week on the clock, I dove into brainstorming, designing, testing, and iterating before presenting my findings to leadership.
